BOXING.
Bespoke, upbeat and fierce boxing classes that seek to push the boundaries of fitness, refine technique and build confidence. Includes benefits such as, but not limited to, improving overall cardio fitness, overall strength/conditioning fitness, body awareness, confidence and reflex/reactivity.

Circuit exercises -
STRENGTH.
Considered strength training that compliments many layers of overall fitness development, including coordination, range of motion, and general muscular strength. We blend strength training with other training styles to ensure a well rounded yet targeted approach.

Weighted exercises -
RUNNING.
We’ve converted even those that hate running by taking a social approach. Starting low and slow, our twice weekly running classes feature different distances for all skill levels to get involved and get their jog on. Work on distance, pace, or simply your ability to chat whilst trotting.
